Job Responsibilities:1. According to the company"s development strategy, establish and improve the human resource management system, formulate and implement the human resource management system (including recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee development, etc.);2. Be fully responsible for the management, guidance, training and evaluation of the company"s Administration and Human Resources departments;3. Regularly provide special suggestions on human resource strategy, organization construction, administrative management and other aspects to executives, and provide administrative and human resource information support for major decisions of the company;4. Strengthen the prediction and overall planning of the company"s human resources, and put forward effective suggestions on adjusting the organizational structure, personnel structure, wages and benefits according to the operating demands and market situation of company;5. Be responsible for department team management, be good at screening and selecting all kinds of senior talents, and improve the company"s talent reserve and echelon construction;6. Be responsible for keeping contact and connection with German headquarter HR, and jointly work together with concerned projects;7. Deal with major issues in the company"s personnel administration in a timely manner, and be responsible for the company"s corporate culture construction;8. Standardize and improve the company"s administrative management system, formulate and improve the company"s various administrative systems, and provide various administrative logistics support;9. Be responsible for the contact and communication with relevant government departments to effectively solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the operation of the company.Job Criteria:1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business management or related fields;2. More than 10 years of HR and administration working experience in machinery manufacturing industry, prior to whom has experience in European and US companies;3. Have a systematic knowledge and practical experience of human resource management system; have advanced human resource management concepts and knowledge, and be able to guide the work of various functional modules according to the company"s operational needs;4. Rich experience in human resource strategic planning, organizational change, system construction, talent echelon construction, corporate culture construction and management;5. Have strong ability of leadership and management, good at communication, have excellent organization and coordination ability, as well as analysis and judgment ability;6. Be familiar with relevant national and local laws, regulations and policies;7. Be familiar with HR management concerned software;8. Have strategic and tactical thinking, and have the ability to build and integrate different work teams;9. Strong planning and implementation ability;10. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;11. Have good professional ethics.
